Its common knowledge that we should brush our teeth every day. However, some foods are so bad for our teeth that we are required to brush extra long after eating.
– Foods that stick to teeth like chocolate, white bread, candy and dried fruits cause plaque build-up.
-Soda contains acids and artificial sugars and it can penetrate to small gaps and cause decay.
– Alcohol corrodes the enamel and you should drink it along with water, to make sure it doesn’t stick to teeth.
